Jack Oates

Jack Oates is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as the IT Helpdesk Team Leader at APEM Ltd since March 2021, Jack has previously held roles as a 2nd line support technician and a 1st line IT engineer. Prior to APEM, Jack worked at Everything Tech Ltd as a 1st line Support Technician and at Ticketmaster UK as an Information Technology Support Specialist, supporting over 4000 end-users across multiple regions. Jack also has customer service experience from positions at Leigh Masonic Hall and Greene King. Educational background includes attendance at St-Marys Sixth Form and St-Marys Catholic High School.
