John McCarthy

John McCarthy is currently working as an Associate Director of Data Operations at APEM Ltd. He has a background in remote sensing and aerial survey work, using various camera systems for different surveys. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Remote Sensing Aerial Graduate Scientist, focusing on bird and marine mammal identification. John also has experience as a Warehouse Assistant at Welch Sports and conducted bioinformatics research at University College Cork. He holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Assessment and Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Plant Biotechnology from University College Cork.
