Vincent Ly

Vincent Ly is currently a Civil Engineer - River Restoration Scientist at APEM Ltd since January 2023. Before that, Vincent worked at the Institution of Civil Engineers in various roles such as Secretary (Merseyside) and Early Careers Network Representative, Treasurer (North West Early Careers Network) and Merseyside Representative, and Secretary (North West Graduate and Student) and Merseyside Representative. Vincent also has engineering experience at Waterman Aspen and SYSTRA. Vincent holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
