Walter Scarano

Walter Scarano currently serves as the Head of Cloud Platform & Cybersecurity at Aper since February 2022, leading infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to elevate technology standards. Previous experience includes roles as Software Architecture Manager and Software Development Manager at Mercado Libre, where Scarano focused on scalability and consistency in high-transaction environments. At Naranja X, Scarano was Engineering Manager, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to develop a successful virtual wallet. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Software Engineer at Artear and Cobro Digital, implementing architectural migrations and development strategies. Walter Scarano holds a degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and studied Sound Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero.
