Charonnier Pascal

Charonrier Pascal is an experienced industrial manager with a career spanning over two decades in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Industrial Manager at Aperam since January 2011, Charonrier oversees the Hot Rolling (Wires) and Cold Rolling (Sheets) departments, managing 400 personnel across production, maintenance, quality, and process services. Prior experience includes roles at Arcelor Mittal as Manager of Production & Maintenance for Wire Rod and Flat products, and Engineering Department Manager, alongside a project management position at IMHUA. Additional expertise was gained as a Technical Expert during the startup of the IUP Jindal plant and as an Automation Supervisor during the startup of Thainox.
