Addie Johnsen

Addie Johnsen GPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Addie currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Aperian. Prior to this, they served as the Director and Senior Manager of Global Talent Management within the same company. As the Manager of Global Talent Management, they provided support to the Managing Director and supervised the Global Talent Resource Department. Additionally, they held the role of Manager for the Global Talent Management - Associates division, where they were responsible for recruitment and engagement of the Associate Senior Consultant network. Earlier in their career, Addie worked as a Manager of the Global Talent Resource Department and as a Country Specialist Coordinator at Aperian. Prior to joining Aperian, they served as a Manager at the City of Orange for five years.

Addie Johnsen GPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Boston University. Addie also studied German Language and Literature at Technische Universität Dresden. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) certification from HRCI in 2012 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Global DEI Practitioner and Inclusive Global Leader from the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership (CIL) in 2021. Addie has also completed the GlobeSmart Profile™ and Inclusive Behaviors Inventory™ certifications from Aperian Global, both in 2021.
