Nick Arnold

Nick Arnold is the current Head of Aperio Legal at Aperio Group. Prior to this, they were a legal consultant at WHV Investments, Inc. from November 2013 to December 2014.

As a legal consultant, Nick was responsible for conducting an internal audit of all client accounts to correct various discrepancies with client IMAs and SRI trading restrictions. Nick also collaborated with various departments to devise new onboarding processes for clients, software vendors, and brokers. In addition, they assisted the Chief Legal Officer with drafting standard operation agreements and filings, and the CCO in periodic review of marketing materials. Nick also researched investment advisor regulatory requirements, drafted filings, and established proper registration/withdrawal for the company in various international and domestic jurisdictions.

Nick Arnold has a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, and a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Nick also has certification from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Social Sector Leadership, as well as certification from Coursera in Programming for Everybody (Python) [with Distinction], Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies [with Distinction], Gamification, and Computer Science 101.
