Aperture Psychotherapy is a private practice providing relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults in Illinois.

Many people arrive in therapy already competent, responsible, and exhausted. They have learned to function well in the world while quietly losing contact with themselves. Aperture Psychotherapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of longstanding patterns, and reconnect with a more authentic sense of self.

Therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on understanding the deeper patterns that shape how people experience themselves and others. We work with concerns including anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma, identity, and the lingering effects of early relational experiences.
