Michael DeLuca

Michael DeLuca is a construction consultant with a decade of experience managing commercial sector projects, primarily in healthcare, with ENR top 100 contractors. Currently providing consulting and expert witness services, Michael specializes in damages calculations, defect cost of repair, schedule delay analysis, and standard of care and liability. Previous roles included positions as Assistant Superintendent and Project Engineer at various companies, including McCarthy Building Companies and Flintco, where they successfully completed numerous healthcare projects. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University and is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
