We help builders and contractors save time and unnecessary duplication of work!

Builders and contractors who use Apex avoid all follow-up work in inspections and handover of their homes, and several of our customers can document that they have saved more than 50% of the time they previously spent on this.

Inspections and handovers have already been carried out through Apex on several thousand homes.

We offer a solution to challenges we know builders and contractors have: unnecessary duplication of work, papers, notes, countless emails and telephones and poor communication flow.

Apex, in short, collects, synchronizes and gives all players a full overview of housing projects. All information is registered "on site" on the phone or tablet, and shared seamlessly with all actors - including the home owner:

* Deviations, errors and deficiencies go directly to the responsible contractor when you go for inspections with Apex.
* The developer gets full control over the process and work distribution.
* Homeowners can log in and see the status of their cases at any time through "My Page".
* The app creates legally valid documents (such as takeover protocol).
* Handover is carried out, signed and completed on a tablet - with a change of ownership of meters. The takeover protocol is sent to everyone involved - in other words, you are done with the complete takeover business as soon as you leave the home!

That way, you can ditch handwritten notes, unnecessary duplication of work and endless email rounds.

This is an efficiency improvement that goes straight to the bottom line! Apex is intuitive and delivered as a web-based service, so you can get started quickly and easily. It also has no start-up cost or commitment period. No reason not to test, in other words.
