Daniel Chadwick

Daniel Chadwick possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and recruitment sectors. As the Owner of Bright Web Studios in 2010 and currently serving as Director at DCS Engineering and DCS Technology since March 2024 and October 2023 respectively, Daniel has successfully built STEM teams from scratch, cultivating teams with a wealth of expertise. Previous roles include Managing Principal Consultant and International Business Manager at Capita Resourcing, where a sustainable recruitment business was established, and Director positions at Massey ITP and Heat Recruitment, where teams were developed across various sectors. Education was completed at South Trafford College, earning an NCFE Level 1 in Uniformed Services.
