Jeffrey Harrell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jeffrey is the founder of Harrell Levine P.C., where they provide strategic counseling to various businesses and venture capital firms. In 2018, they co-founded Apex Semiconductor and Ventana Micro Systems, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for both companies. Jeffrey also co-founded Veloce Technologies, Inc. in 2009 and held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Director. Additionally, they worked as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 1997 to 2008. Currently, Jeffrey serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer at TransientX, Inc., a Zero Trust Network Access startup that was acquired by Deloitte in July 2021.
Jeffrey Harrell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Virginia Tech between 1988 and 1993. Following this, they pursued their JD degree at the University of Virginia School of Law from 1994 to 1997.
