Maxwell Bowen is an accomplished avionics engineer currently employed at Apex - Spacecraft Manufacturing since July 2025. Previously, Maxwell served as the Lead Electrical Systems Engineer at Phase Four, where leadership of a team of electrical engineers focused on the design of aerospace-grade power and control systems for electric propulsion engines. This role encompassed the entire development lifecycle from requirements definition to production. Additionally, Maxwell has experience as an RF Engineer at both Phase Four and Mercury Systems, specializing in RF power electronics and PCB design, as well as optimization of RF performance. Maxwell holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
