Heather Cox possesses extensive experience in recruitment and team management, currently serving as a Delivery Engineer specializing in Application Development and Data Management at Apex Systems since November 2014. Heather has successfully led a team of 15-20 recruiters, fostering an inclusive culture and developing their skills through mentorship and performance metrics. With a strong background in project management, Heather has orchestrated large-scale hiring initiatives and crafted recruitment strategies to adapt to an evolving workforce. Previously, as Aquatic Director and Master Swim Instructor at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, Heather managed a team of 20-30 instructors and specialized in inclusive aquatic education programs. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
