Jared Sidwell

Jared Sidwell, SHRM-CP, currently works as a Human Resources Analyst at Apex Systems since July 2024. Previously, Jared served as a Human Resources Assistant at the Virginia Office of the Attorney General, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and data analysis. Prior to that role, Jared was a Human Resources Intern at Southern Virginia University, where compensation data analysis and the development of a DEI initiative were key responsibilities. Jared also has experience as a Behavior Support Clinician at Compass Behavioral Solutions, where personalized training programs were developed for clients' parents. Earlier positions include Admissions Coordinator at Southern Virginia University and roles in management and labor at Chubby’s Neighborhood Cafe and Iron Rod Farms, respectively. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business Management and Leadership from Southern Virginia University, earned between 2019 and 2023.
