Mark Summers is a seasoned professional in quality engineering and robotic process automation, currently serving as Practice Director at Apex Systems since December 2023. With significant leadership roles spanning over two decades, Mark has also founded QA Radius LLC and played a pivotal role in TMMi America, where contributions have elevated software testing standards across the USA. Previous positions include Executive Director at CVS Health, where a Quality Center of Excellence was established, and Senior Director of Enterprise Quality Engineering at Northwestern Mutual, where a high-performing QA department was created. Mark's career is marked by strategic management of quality assurance and testing processes across various industries, including healthcare, finance, and retail, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University.
