Doram Dascaloff has held various roles in customer service and client management. Doram started their career as a Customer Service Analyst at Symbility, where Doram provided troubleshooting and feature demonstrations. Doram later moved on to TELUS Health as a Client Services Manager, where Doram managed client escalations and reduced incident resolution time. At APEXA Corp, Doram is currently the Customer Implementation Lead, responsible for managing client onboarding projects. Throughout their career, Doram has demonstrated strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
