Techical Lead - RPA at Apexon

Aditya Sharma's work experience includes roles at multiple companies in various technical positions. Aditya started at S ACCORD ENGINEERS PVT LTD as a Commissioning Engineer in 2011. Aditya then worked at SSIS Group as a Software Developer from 2013 to 2016, where they successfully completed projects in healthcare, inventory management, HR, and other domains. Aditya later joined Hexaware Technologies as a Software Developer, specializing in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, SQL, and ASP.Net. Following that, they worked at Birlasoft as a Senior Software Engineer, leading projects for the client HP Inc. involving RPA, ASP.Net, and SQL development. Aditya then joined HP, where they first served as a Technical Lead in the Digital Center of Excellence, focusing on business planning, process automation, and integrating new technologies. Aditya was later promoted to the role of Solutions Architect, responsible for defining architecture, standards, and best practices for process automation. Currently, Aditya is employed at Apexon as a Technical Lead in the RPA team, working for the client Bread Finance to lead the development team in achieving automation opportunities and process digitization.

Aditya Sharma's education history begins with their time at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Colaba Mumbai, where they completed their 1st to 6th standard studies. From 1999 to 2006, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya Tibri Cantt Amritsar and completed their 6th to 12th standard education, with a focus on Physics, Maths, and Chemistry.

In 2007, Aditya enrolled at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Aditya completed this program in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Aditya has obtained several qualifications. In 2010, they received the SQL Server 2005 Certification and the Windows Programming using C# certification from HCL Infosystems Ltd. In 2017, they completed the RPA Developer Beginner Diploma and the UiPath Orchestrator 2016.2 Training from UiPath - Robotic Process Automation.

Aditya continued their learning journey and obtained the UiPath Advanced Training certification in 2018, followed by the UiPath Insights certification from UiPath in 2020. In 2020, they also achieved the Explorer certification from HP. Most recently, in 2022, Aditya completed the Celonis Foundations certification and the Review and Interpret Analyses certification, both from Celonis.
