Latha has also held leadership roles at Apexon, Tesco Bengaluru, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan, showcasing a strong track record in improving operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. They hold an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
