Lloyd Pickering is a senior software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing diverse software teams. They were the IT & Software Development Manager at OGI Groundwater Specialists from 2003 to 2010, focusing on software development and IT compliance. At 4Projects by Viewpoint from 2013 to 2018, Lloyd managed multiple agile development teams and successfully delivered multimillion-pound R&D projects. They served as a Technical Product Manager and later a Senior Development Manager & Agile Coach at Arup, where they led digital transformation efforts and developed agile processes for various teams. Currently, Lloyd is the Head of Software Engineering at Apexon, continuing to drive innovation in the field.
