Mike Boese

Mike Boese started their work experience in 2003 at Red Robin, where they were promoted to Sales and Service Manager and later took on the role of Regional Training Coordinator. In 2006, they moved to Anthony's Restaurants as a Bartender. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at CR-Interiors as a Manager, Sales and Analytics, where they handled estimates, bids, and project management. In 2011, they joined Pad Thai as a Bar Manager, responsible for daily operations and staff management. In 2012, they worked at Ivar's Inc. as a Bar Manager. In 2013, they joined PACCAR as an Analyst and later became a Senior Analyst, both in Demand Planning and Supply Chain. In 2014, they started working at T-Mobile, initially as a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and then progressed to roles such as Manager, Business Analysis, Supply Chain; Senior Manager, Business Analysis, Transformation; and finally Director, Data Science, Consumer Markets. Their most recent work experience is at Apexon, where they hold the position of Data Science Vice President starting in 2021.

Mike Boese obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Western Washington University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Actuarial Exam P (Probability) from the Society of Actuaries in January 2013. Mike further obtained a certification in the US Patent Algorithm, "Forecasting Demand for Substitutable Products", from the US Patent and Trademark Office in December 2019.
