Prasad Valavade

Prasad Valavade currently serves as the Practice Head for Data, Analytics & AI at Apexon, leading efforts in Data Engineering, BI & Analytics, and AI & Gen AI since March 2024. Previously, Prasad held multiple senior roles at Barclays, including Head of the EDP Modernisation Team and India Delivery Head for EDP Data Technology, spanning from May 2017 to February 2024. Earlier experience includes positions such as Principal Consultant at Wipro and various roles at Barclays Technology Centre India, SAS India, Wipro Technologies, and Tata Infotech. Prasad holds a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Shivaji University.
