Rejeev Balan

Rejeev Balan has extensive experience in the field of robotics automation and process improvement. Rejeev is currently working as the Director of Solutions Architecture, Intelligent Automation at Apexon since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AutoNation from March 2016 to September 2022, where they held various roles including Manager of Robotics & Process Improvement, Architect of Robotic Automation, and Lead of Robotic Automation. At AutoNation, they successfully completed over 400 app integration and automation projects, leading the development and maintenance of more than 1000 bots. Rejeev was responsible for coaching and leading Robotics Workshop with business leadership, implementing process improvement sessions, designing and developing a catalog of automated bots, collaborating with technology partners, and delivering projects within the determined timeline.

Before AutoNation, Rejeev worked at Automation Anywhere from December 2012 to March 2016, serving as a Principal Consultant in Robotic Automation and a Sales Engineer. Rejeev also gained experience at Fiserv as a Sr. Technical Account Manager - Digital Payments and Technical Account Manager from April 2009 to December 2012, and at Envestnet | Yodlee as a Sr. Client Service Engineer from March 2008 to April 2009. Rejeev's career started at Convergys, where they worked as a Tech Lead in Microsoft Operations from May 2004 to March 2008. Overall, Rejeev Balan has a strong background in robotics automation, process improvement, and technical account management.

Rejeev Balan completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computers-in-Business & Mathematics from Bharathidasan University during the period of 1998-2001. Rejeev later pursued a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2001 to 2004.
