Igor Nakashima is an experienced data governance professional currently serving as a Data Governance Advisor at APGAR since October 2025. Previously, Igor held the position of Data Team Lead at Lingopass, leading technical efforts to deliver innovative data solutions. Responsibilities have included implementing data governance practices at will bank, enhancing data organization and accountability, and supporting business strategies through data insights at Wildlife Studios. Igor's extensive background includes roles at Itaú Unibanco, where responsibilities ranged from data engineering and analytics to IT management and support. With a specialization in Big Data Analytics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Unifesp, Igor has a strong academic foundation to complement a diverse professional journey.
