Josh Rowland has extensive work experience in the public health sector. Josh started their career in 2003 as the State Training Coordinator at Nebraska Public Health Laboratories. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating training programs. In 2008, they joined APHL - Association of Public Health Laboratories, where they held various positions. Josh started as a Senior Specialist-Seminars and later became the Manager of Training and Workforce Development. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Experimental Learning.
Josh Rowland obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in an unspecified year. Josh then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, which they completed in 1996. Following this, Josh enrolled at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and earned an MBA degree between 1997 and 2001.
