Noah Sinangil

Noah Sinangil is a Specialist at APHL - Association of Public Health Laboratories working on the NewSTEPs program, responsible for providing technical assistance and training to newborn screening programs. Prior to this role, Noah worked as a Newborn Screening Program Specialist at the NJ Department of Health where Noah focused on data analysis and quality improvement initiatives. Noah has also served as an Outreach Intern and Student Assistant at Rutgers University, and as a Specimen Processor at Aerotek. Noah holds a Master's degree in Health Systems and Policy from the Rutgers School of Public Health.
