Reshma Kakkar is the Manager of Global Health Informatics at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) since January 2016, with a previous role as a Board Member at The OpenELIS Foundation from January 2012 to December 2015. Kakkar has significant experience as a Senior Consultant at The St. John Group and has played a critical role in various public health laboratory initiatives, including leading the Laboratory Efficiencies Project at APHL and coordinating global code base establishment for the OpenELIS system.
