Nina Darby, MS, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at the American Public Human Services Association since August 2021, following a role as Human Resources Specialist. Previously, Nina held the position of Human Resources and Operations Specialist at Rising Tide Interactive from November 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing the internship program, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining personnel files, and supporting HR initiatives. Nina's experience also includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at The Recovery Center of Maryland and various positions at The Home Depot, ICS Headstart, and Rust College. Nina holds a Master of Science degree in Communication with an interest in Business from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Rust College.
