With extensive experience in operational transformation and cross-functional partnerships, Reggie has held key positions such as Cabinet Secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families and Executive Director for the Colorado Department of Human Services. Reggie earned a Master of Social Work specializing in Child Welfare from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
