Matt Rigerman

Matt Rigerman is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for DELEVAN, a Regal Rexnord Brand, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rigerman held positions as Director of Operations and General Manager at Altra Industrial Motion from December 2019 to March 2023, and as Director of Operations at AMETEK from 2014 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Rigerman was the Director of Quality for Materion Corporation from 2008 to 2013, and served as Quality Manager in the Automotive Group at Motorola from 2006 to 2008. Rigerman holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, along with an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Genesee Community College. Education was completed at Elba Central with a Regents High School Diploma.
