Jenni Severson

Jenni Severson is an experienced talent leader currently serving as the Talent Leader for the North America Safety Services Segment at APi Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jenni was the Vice President of People and Community at Vivacity Tech PBC, which focuses on providing technology to schools as a Public Benefit Corporation. Jenni's career includes a position as Senior HR Manager at Mary T. Inc. and a consulting role with Massage Retreat & Spa during its transition to Life Time Fitness. With a background that includes progressive leadership in operations and talent management in the health and wellness industry, Jenni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Applied Business Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
