Kylie Kaminski

Kylie Kaminski is currently serving as Mergers and Acquisitions Counsel at APi Group, where they focus on corporate governance, business law, and real estate matters. Previously, Kylie worked as Corporate Counsel for Aspen Waste Systems and spent several years as an Attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson. They gained early legal experience as a Law Clerk at both the Law Offices of Nicholas A. Furia, PLLC and Hellmuth & Johnson. Kylie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of San Diego.
