Michelle Fernandez

Michelle Fernandez has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at APi Group since February 2022. Prior roles include Director of Compensation at General Mills and Director of Executive Compensation at Target, where responsibilities also encompassed various management positions related to international compensation and benefits. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Credit Suisse and multiple levels within Cargill Incorporated, ranging from Compensation Consultant to Human Resources/Compensation Core Process Leader. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from Bethel University.
