Steph Alder

Steph Alder has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Currently, they are the Director of HR Information Systems at APi Group, where they lead the maturation of systems supporting payroll and Human Capital Management needs for a multi-billion-dollar organization. Steph drives consistency and optimization of business processes and technology solutions across segments and companies.

Prior to their current role, Steph worked at HealthPartners for over a decade. Steph held various positions, including Sr. Manager HR Business Process & Project Management, HR Business Process Manager at Park Nicollet, and HR Process & Content Strategy Lead at Park Nicollet. In these roles, they focused on advancing the organization's strategic business objectives, managing large-scale projects, and optimizing operational excellence across the organization.

Before their time at HealthPartners, Steph worked at Target as a Consultant (Business Partner) in Organizational Effectiveness. Steph developed content management strategies, led enterprise-wide knowledge sharing projects, and developed training and performance support solutions for the Distribution division.

Steph also has experience working as a Consultant at Multiply, where they implemented knowledge management tools and increased leader efficiency for the Commercial Marketing Team in Johnson & Johnson's Sedation Division. Additionally, they worked at Lockheed Martin as the Organization & Employee Development Lead, overseeing leadership and professional development training.

Earlier in their career, Steph worked at the University of Minnesota as the Leadership Programs Coordinator, where they led the strategy and implementation of campus-wide leadership programs. Steph co-developed and gained approval for an undergraduate leadership development minor program, which was one of the first of its kind nationally.
