Trizah Shem

Trizah Shem is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Enterprise Application Support Analyst at APi Group since September 2022. Previously, Trizah worked as an Enterprise Support Specialist at RAYUS Radiology from February 2020 to September 2022 and briefly participated in the IT-Ready Technical Support program at CompTIA Tech Career Academy in late 2019, which focused on both technical and soft skills essential for a successful IT career. Trizah's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Applications Support Engineer at Telkom Kenya - Orange, where responsibilities encompassed operational monitoring and technical support, as well as various information technology positions involving first and second-level systems support and help desk operations. Trizah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Daystar University, completed in 2011.
