Benjamin Zhou

Benjamin Zhou is currently the China Operation Director at API Heat Transfer, a role they have held since 2017. With over 15 years of experience in operation leadership within global manufacturing, Benjamin has specialized in strategic planning, operational excellence, and Lean deployment. Prior to API Heat Transfer, they held managerial positions at Caterpillar Inc., Eaton Electrical, and Johnson Electric, overseeing significant business units and driving operational effectiveness. Benjamin earned a Master of Business Administration from Nanjing University and a degree in English & Foreign Trade from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
