Bob Rutkowski

Bob Rutkowski has a strong background in sales and managerial roles within the industrial heat transfer industry. Bob started their career in 2000 as an Aftermarket Sales Manager at API Heat Transfer, where they successfully managed the aftermarket sales and service department. In 2011, they joined Metso as a NAM Product Line Manager for MPS Vibrating Equipment and later became the Manager of the Global Standard Products Group. During their time at Metso, Bob was responsible for implementing pricing policies, forecasting sales volume and profit targets, and building customer relationships. In 2016, they joined Mahan's Thermal Products as a Manufacturers Sales Representative before returning to API Heat Transfer in 2019 as the Director of Sales - Americas.

Bob Rutkowski attended Genesee Community College from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician.
