Roy C. Bierwirth

Roy C. Bierwirth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in defense systems and program management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Defense Systems at API Heat Transfer since April 2019, Roy oversees all defense-related products, including business development and strategic planning. As President and CEO of Silver Star Consulting, LLC, since March 2012, Roy provides a wide range of consulting services, leveraging expertise in leadership, program management, and business development. Previous roles include Vice President of Defense and Government at Spartan Motors, Inc., and Director of Defense Programs at Spartan Chassis, Inc. Roy possesses a rich military background as a Colonel in the U.S. Army, complemented by advanced degrees in Strategic Studies and Systems Management from the US Army War College and the University of Central Texas, as well as a BBA from Michigan State University.
