Ferron Christophe

Ferron Christophe is currently the Responsable d'exploitations at API restauration, overseeing over 60 sites in the Centre Val de Loire region. Previously, they held various management roles, including Responsable de secteur at API restauration and Directeur Multi site at Elior, where they managed a team of 160 people across 15 points of sale. Ferron began their career as a Professor of cuisine at FERRANDI and has spanned expertise in restaurant management and client relations across multiple organizations, including Compass Group France and GROUPE FLO. They earned a Diplôme ESCF in Gestion from ESCF - FERRANDI.
