Jonathan Pinto is currently the Responsable de restaurant at Api Restauration, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Chef De Cuisine at MRS Groupe from 2019 to 2022, where they managed a team and oversaw operations at a large site. From 2022 to 2024, Jonathan also worked as Chef De Cuisine at Sodexo, focusing on menu creation and team management. Earlier in their career, Jonathan held various culinary roles including Chef de partie at Bateaux Parisiens and Second de cuisine at Novotel Hotels. They co-founded FoodAdvice, a project dedicated to digital content and strategy development, which they have worked on from 2020 to the present. Jonathan earned a Baccalauréat in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from Centre Européen de formation en alternance between 2013 and 2016.
