Stéphane Blais is currently the Executive Chef at API restauration for Google France, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Chef d’entreprise at flunch from 2011 to 2020, and as Chef De Cuisine at Serenest from 2020 to 2021. Stéphane also worked as Responsable de laboratoire at Class'croute from 2008 to 2010. They are presently pursuing their studies at Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
