Asia Pacific Investment Bank (ASIA PACIFIC INVESTMENT BANK LTD) is wholly-owned by Asia Pacific Wenjing Financial Group (ASIA PACIFIC WENJING FINANCIAL GROUP LTD, registration number: LL.10729). Asia-Pacific Wenjing Financial Group was initiated and established by China Nanjing Zijin Investment Group Co., Ltd., and is a pilot window for developing international financial services for the "Belt and Road" countries. Approved by the Malaysian financial management agency, the Asia Pacific Investment Bank was successfully registered in the International Offshore Financial Center in Labuan, Malaysia in 2015, and officially obtained the business license of the legal entity investment bank in April 2017 (registration number: LL.11654) .



Asia Pacific Investment Bank is currently registered and headquartered in the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia, with its operating headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, and has representative offices and business headquarters in Nanjing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. At present, the main business of Asia Pacific Investment Bank includes three parts, namely the investment banking sector, the global trading sector and the asset management sector. Among them, the investment banking sector includes services such as corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and spin-offs, strategic consulting, bond underwriting, bridge loans, and syndicated loans; the global trading sector includes the provision of interest rates, foreign exchange, commodities, and credit products. Market-making services and private equity investment services; the asset management sector includes the establishment and issuance of mutual funds, private equity funds, hedge funds and other asset management products for clients, and provides consulting services such as investment portfolio management, financial advisory, brokerage and trading.
