Zachariadis Athanasios is a Criminal Defence Lawyer and Associate Professor in Criminal Procedure. Called to the Thessaloniki Bar in 1994, they lead the law office “Zachariadis,” specializing in Supreme Court cases and business crime. Since 2005, Athanasios has served as an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and is a member of the legislative committee for revising the Greek Code of Criminal Procedure. They have published numerous works in Greek and English focusing on criminal procedure, business crimes, and human rights.
