Aron Steyn is an experienced underwriter currently working at OLEA South Africa since September 2022 and has also held the position of Commercial Underwriter at TI Brokers since July 2016. In these roles, Aron focuses on building relationships with community scheme members and leaders to ensure proper insurance coverage and risk mitigation. Prior experience includes a customer care consultant role at Telesure Group Services, where Aron assisted clients with policy amendments and sold insurance products, as well as a sales executive position at Hyundai Vereeniging, gaining valuable insights in the motor industry. Additional experience at FNB South Africa included various responsibilities as a Customer Representative (System Specialist), along with a role as a Teller and Customer Service representative at Absa. Aron holds a Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance from Milpark School of Financial Services, completed in 2019, and a Matric qualification from Dr Malan obtained in 2005.
