Michael Brooks

Michael Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Michael currently works as a Security & Systems Engineer at apiphani since November 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at Red River from December 2019 to November 2021 as an Escalation Engineer - Azure AVD. Before that, Michael worked at Markem-Imaje from May 2018 to December 2019 as a Systems Expert - Infrastructure. Michael'slongest tenure was at Capgemini, where they held two roles: Technical Team Lead - Tools Team from January 2011 to May 2018 and Senior Consultant - Windows / VMware System Administrator from November 2009 to January 2011. Michael also has experience as a Desk Side Support Specialist at Perot Systems from August 2009 to November 2009 and as a Lead PC Technician at The Main Street America Group from November 2006 to August 2009. Before that, they held the position of Senior PC Systems Technician at The Main Street America Group from November 2005 to November 2006. Lastly, Michael worked at 104th Fighter Wing, Barnes Air National Guard Base as a Network Services Technician from January 2000 to November 2005, where they performed various network administration duties and managed Help Desk trouble calls.

From 1991 to 2003, they attended the Community College of the Air Force and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Operations, with a field of study in Computer Operations. Additionally, from 1991 to 2002, they also earned an Associate of Science degree in Aircraft Armament from the same institution, specializing in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology.

From 1998 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Westfield State University.
