John Seay

John Seay currently serves as the Senior Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Apis Services, Inc., starting in October 2025. Previously, John held key positions in human resources, including Executive Director of Human Resources for the United States Space Force and the United States Air Force Academy, where significant contributions were made to recruitment, retention, and organizational strategy. Earlier career roles include Vice President of People Services at McWHINNEY and various human resources and operational leadership positions within the United States Air Force and other organizations. John possesses a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and multiple degrees in Business Administration; further education includes senior military and executive leadership training.
