Rylie Nobis

Rylie Nobis currently serves as a Marketing & Promotions Associate at APISource, Inc. since October 2022 and has been a part of MONAT Global since March 2020, holding roles from Market Partner to Market Builder & Recruitment Professional. At MONAT Global, Rylie successfully built an organization exceeding 100 members through social media marketing and recruitment, managed a sales-driven team, and developed a training program to enhance team performance. Rylie also gained valuable experience as an Outreach Intern at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, where responsibilities included event planning, volunteer recruitment, and partnership development. Rylie began a career in the service industry at Ledo Pizza, where management responsibilities were assumed at a young age, focusing on conflict resolution and employee training. Rylie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hood College and graduated from South River High School.
