Chandra Phillips has over 25 years of experience in human resources information technology (HRIT), primarily in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HRIT at APL Logistics since March 2016, Chandra has also held positions as Sr. Manager and Manager within the same field. Prior experience includes HRIS roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods from 2001 to March 2016 and HRIS Analyst and Employment Specialist positions at Federated Investors from 1993 to 2001. Additionally, Chandra contributed to Carlow University as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach from 1993 to 1996. Chandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Human Resources from Duquesne University.
