Grace Koo

Grace Koo has extensive experience in logistics and account management, currently serving as Key Account Manager III at APL Logistics since November 2016, where previous roles included Key Account Manager II and Onsite Senior Analyst for Gap Inc. Prior to this, Grace worked at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics from March 2010 to November 2016, advancing from Customer Implementation Assistant Manager to Data Quality Coordinator. Grace's career began at Muji as a Customer Relationship Officer from February 2009 to February 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, obtained from 2004 to 2007, along with earlier education at St. Paul's Convent School from 1997 to 2004.
