Raul Herrera has extensive experience in logistics and project management, currently serving as Service Quality Manager at APL Logistics since January 2005. In this role, responsibilities include monitoring and controlling service levels for the North America customer base. Previously, as Project Manager, Raul managed strategic projects to support company initiatives, including the setup of local and regional offices. Before that, as Senior Manager of Customer Support, Raul led a team of Logistics Analysts, overseeing initiatives and programs in International Logistics. Earlier experience includes a position in Inside Sales at APL from 1997 to 2007.
